Terms and conditions for Teacher Pass

Welcome to FIT4MOM Santa Clarita. Below you will find our policies and information on how to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have regarding your membership or class pass.

Teacher Pass

Access to unlimited Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, Body Ignite, Body Boost and Strides 360 classes within a 12 month period from purchase date.

Access to our private online Active Client Forum (send friend request to 'FIT4MOM MEMBERS' on Facebook for access)

MANAGING YOUR MEMBER & CLASS PASS CLIENT ACCOUNTS

All FIT4MOM Santa Clarita Members and Class Pass clients may manage their personal accounts by visiting: https://santaclaritavalley.fit4mom.com and selecting the “My Account” tab along the menu bar. This will direct all clients to our Pike13 client account management system. All FIT4MOM Santa Clarita Members and Class Pass clients must have their Liability Release waiver signed online via their Pike13 account prior to participating in any of our programs.


PAYMENTS FOR CLASSES


We accept payment by debit cards, Visa, Discover, AMEX, or MasterCard credit cards. All monthly memberships must have a credit card on file. Payments must be received in full prior to beginning any class. Billing periods will reflect a 30 day cycle beginning on the 1st day of purchased services. Monthly payments for debit/credit cards will be charged automatically every 30 days for all memberships. If a Member should change debit/credit card companies, have an updated expiration date, or a new billing address, these changes must be submitted via client Pike13 accounts. Funds that are denied for any reason will be subject to a $15 re-processing fee. Please see below for our monthly hold and cancellation policy.

CLASS PASS PAYMENTS

STAY INFORMED

Our main method of communication with you regarding FIT4MOM Santa Clarita programming is through e-mail. If you do not receive our monthly newsletter or calendars, please let us know so we can confirm your e-mail information. Many e-mail programs have spam filters. You may want to check your system and add FIT4MOM Santa Clarita to your “acceptable” e-mail list so that our e-mails are not blocked. ****Please email santaclarita@fit4mom.com for all business matters, we cannot respond to business emails via social media platforms


CREDITS/REFUNDS

There are no credits or refunds given for missed classes due to weather or personal circumstances for ANY of our fitness programs.


HOLD POLICY

Members may place their membership on hold for reasons such as; pregnancy leave, long extended vacations, injuries, etc. All holds can be for a period of no less than 30 days and no longer than 4 months each year, not to exceed two different hold periods per calendar year. All Clients wishing to activate holds must submit a Membership Hold Request Form accessible here: https://69kuv49h.paperform.co Once the end of the hold period has been reached, the Member’s original Membership contract will resume. Members must notify Samantha Welch directly at Santaclarita@fit4mom.com and complete the Hold Request Form 15 days prior to the desired hold start date. Any requests received after a Member’s billing date will be prorated accordingly- holds do not need to coincide with billing dates. There is a one time $20 charge to place a membership on hold. If a Member wishes to cancel during a hold period, the Member will still be responsible for full payment of their existing contractual agreement- hold periods DO NOT count towards the Member's monthly contractual obligation.

Month-to Month Memberships may be cancelled so long as the Member provides at least 30 days notice prior to their next scheduled billing date. 3 Month Autopay Memberships (Teacher Summer Special) are in effect for the entirety of the purchased membership period and are automatically debited every 30 days from initial date of purchased services. Should a Member decide to no longer attend classes, the Member is still required to fulfill the contractual agreement for their Membership Package. Once the contract is fulfilled, 30 days notice is still required in order to process any cancellations. ALL Membership Packages automatically renew on a monthly basis unless written notice is received by FIT4MOM Santa Clarita. In order to cancel a membership, the Member must notify FIT4MOM Santa Clarita via email informing us of the request for cancellation. Without an email confirmation from a FIT4MOM representative and completion of the online Cancellation Form, the cancellation does not exist. It is up to the Member to obtain this confirmation within 72 hours. We regret there are no exceptions. No refunds will be given for dues once it has been paid. This membership is not transferable to another person or anywhere outside the FIT4MOM Santa Clarita franchise. Once a membership is cancelled, if the member wants to re-enroll they will be charged half the normal registration fee. Instructors are not authorized to cancel memberships.


STROLLER POLICY FOR STROLLER STRIDES/STROLLER BARRE/STRIDES360

Children must remain in their stroller throughout class for their safety and the overall safety of the class.

**INCLEMENT WEATHER: Although rare, FIT4MOM Santa Clarita will cancel classes in cases of inclement weather. Class cancellations due to these conditions will be announced at least 1 hour prior to class start time. Announcements of any such cancellations will always be communicated on our website, https://santaclaritavalley.fit4mom.com. Feel free to call or text us at 661-262-9383 Monday- Friday during regular business hours (9am-5pm) for any questions.

**PRE ENROLLMENT FOR CLASSES: We require ALL clients to pre enroll for their classes. This allows instructors to contact clients should there be any changes to meeting spots or cancellation of classes. Clients must pre enroll at least TWO HOURS before class start time. Classes may be canceled if there are no pre enrollments. Any class cancellations will be announced at least ONE HOUR prior to class start time. A late cancellation fee of $15 may apply if a client enrolls for a class and is a "no show" in the system. If a client does not pre enroll for a class and the class is not showing as 'canceled' on our calendar, that client may still attend class so long as they still pre enroll in pike13 (some classes may have waitlists).

**Equipment for classes: Resistance Band of 8 pounds or more for Stroller Strides & Body Well workouts, Sponge Balls for our Stroller Barre workouts. We will occasionally place bulk orders for equipment, keep posted on our private Active Client Forum for details.


2022 Holiday Calendar

We will not hold classes on the following holidays this year:

New Year’s Day, January 1st

Independence Day, July 4th

Thanksgiving Day, November 24th

Day after Thanksgiving, November 25th

Christmas Eve, December 24th

Christmas Day, December 25th

New Year’s Eve, December 31st

Occasionally, classes may be canceled due to scheduled events in which FIT4MOM Santa Clarita is a sponsor or has an official race team. Our offices will be closed December 24-January 2 to allow our Team to spend quality time with their families.
